Rapid Payments

Our office will normally post insurance payments on a daily basis. If the insurance company sends the Explanation of Benefits to you office, you will then need to fax us a copy. When the copy is received it will then applied appropriately. We will also post patient payments, these also will need to be faxed to our office and then applied to the correct patient account.
