Two Options for Standard Service

Full Practice Management

Full accounts receivable management, including primary billing (electronic or paper), secondary billing, claims submission reports, posting insurance and patient payments (provided you submit all EOB’S) and insurance follow up.  We do not call patients for missing information. We provide monthly accounts receivable reports at each month-end, so you can see what was billed out and paid for that month.

Claims Processing Only

Data entry of patient info and individual claims. Front end corrections on all CPT, ICD-10 coding for missing or incorrect data. Electronic claims transmission is preferred. We’ll resubmit rejected claims, and claims not accepted electronically.
