Patient Billing

We will send monthly patient statements, normally these are printed on the first of every month and then mailed from our office. Patient statements will be mailed monthly for up to 90 days, any balance after that we would then recommend a Collection Agency (some offices are handled differently). Clients are responsible for enlisting a collections agency for balance payment. Accelerated Medical Solutions is not a collections agency.
